The CIC Book has been written and is now moving through the final stages of the publishing process, including editing, design, and production. Built on the framework of Character, Integrity, and Credibility, it challenges readers to examine how beliefs become behavior—and how behavior quietly builds or destroys trust. This book is the foundation of a broader CIC movement that will soon include live events, digital experiences, assessments, and practical tools designed to help individuals, leaders, and organizations measure, strengthen, and live their CIC every day.
